We hope you’ll be pleased with each and every item you purchase here at Akademiks.com. However, we will be happy to process a return for you if needed. Please refer to the following procedure and policies when making a return.

1. Locate your Akademiks.com paperwork and be sure to put it inside the box with your return merchandise. If you can’t find your paperwork, print out a copy of your Akademiks.com order confirmation and it will work just as well.
2. Package your return item/s and Akademiks.com paperwork together and mail back to this address:

3. You may use any shipper you like to get the merchandise back here to us, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or misdelivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.
4. Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable. Some personal items, such as underwear, cannot be returned, and will be clearly labeled on the website as non-returnable.

When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer's shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.

Exchanges

Akademiks.com does not process exchanges.  All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds.

If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise that you’d like to purchase.
